HOW DO I FIND THE PRODUCTS I AM LOOKING FOR?
There are a number of ways to find the product you are looking for. You can use the search box in the top right-hand corner of the page, or simply select a collection category listed in the navigation bar.


WHAT SIZE RING DO I NEED?
Our rings are not designed for a specific finger and is versatile enough to be worn on different fingers. However, sized rings in general come in sizes Small, Medium, Large and X-Large, which corresponds to the following UK/ US ring sizes:

  • S: 6/7
  • M: 8/9
  • L: 10/11
  • XL: 12

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

An email will automatically be sent to you as the order is processed.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We are based in Malaysia and all our items are packaged and shipped from office in Malaysia.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We know you want your goodies as soon as possible. All our in stock orders are packed and shipped within 2-4 business days. If your order has not been shipped within this time frame, it may be because of : - Pre-order items or made-to-order items - Insufficient information (check your email!) - Any other unforeseen reason (email us immediately!) Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email together with a tracking number.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on your location and shipping method. You may refer to the link below for shipping times. Shipping times are only estimates and excludes weekends, holidays and unforeseen postal delays. 

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR DUTIES?

Your order(s) may be subject to duties and taxes, which we can't control. As such, customers are responsible for all taxes and import duties levied by their respective countries (this rarely happens).

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You may follow the View your order link in your email to obtain you tracking number*. * In some instances, tracking number may not be available for certain country, especially for remote locations. We will notify you if this is the case.

MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT

If your tracking number says that your package is delivered, but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following : - Verify the shipping address on your order that it is correct - Check for attempted delivery note - Check to see if someone else in your residence or your neighbours accepted it on your behalf - Allow an extra 1-2 business days - in rare cases, orders have been marked delivered before actually arriving For international orders, it may take up to 20 business days to be delivered. If full 20 days pass and you do not receive your order, please contact us at info@swagvanguard.com and we will do our best to help you recover and track down your package. SWAG VANGUARD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept all major credit cards ( Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via iPay88. 

 

WHAT CURRENCIES DO YOU ACCEPT?

All SWAG VANGUARD orders are processed  in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). When converting prices to another currency a slight variation of between 2% and 5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates. When an item is charged to a credit card, you may be charged fees determined by your bank. SWAG VANGUARD takes no responsibility for any extra charges incurred at the receivers end.

 

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Please login to your SWG VANGUARD account and check if the order appears on your order history. If the order still does not appear anywhere but your credit card has been deducted, please send us details of the payment and reference number to info@swagvanguard.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

 

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER/S?

We want to ship your order out as soon as possible. If you placed an order and changed your mind, please contact us as soon as possible. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to let you know if the cancellation has been processed. Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellation for orders that have already been shipped out. For pre-order items, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee if the pre-order item has been processed on our side. Note : SWAG VANGUARD reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason, at any time.

 

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR MY ORDER? 

Yes you can. Please email us your order number together with the new address ASAP as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process.

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?

We know you love your jewels and want to keep them as long as you can. We suggest following the below tips : - Keep your jewels dry and clean. Avoid contact with liquids, perfumes and lotions - Give them a break! As much as you love your jewels, they are not meant to be worn 24/7.  - Keep to the last on first off rule. They are the very last thing you put on and the very first thing you take off! - Store them properly in air tight containers so that they don't get exposed to the simplest things like the moisture in the air
